Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • You will be mainly responsible for selling Real China customized study trip services, to Mandarin classes at K-12 schools and college programs. You should be well connected with your area Mandarin programs and will be contacting potential clients (teachers and directors) to present our services and visit them.  You will create sales proposals and other sales material for schools’ approvals, and help schools promote trips among students and parents.


*We especially welcome candidates from Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, LA, New York and Denver areas to apply but anywhere could be qualified.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years of working experience. You should be familiar with the US K-12 and college system.  Fluent English communication skills including spoken and business writing.  Advanced Chinese language skills.  Travel experience in China.  Microsoft Office 365.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Business degree or minor.  Experience in using CRM.



  • Sales commission based on the gross profit of accounts.  A small base salary could be paid depending on additional duty of the job.

Business Intern

Job Description: 

*Get real world experience working at a local Boulder company specializing in educational tourism! Real China invites you to learn, build your resume, travel to China, and make some money on the side!   This is also a great opportunity to experience how business is conducted in a small business environment, and practice Mandarin.

  • You would be helping many different aspects of the business including marketing support, sales support and client service.  For example, analyzing marketing data, marketing research, drafting newsletters, answering customer questions, trip logistics planning, attending local and national events, helping visa applications, and possibly escorting trips to China.


  • You would be helping with administrative activities, including arranging logistics for colleagues’ business travel, verifying expense reports, proof reading, keeping attendance records, and assist with CEO’s daily work.


  • Work is mostly done in English, but Mandarin is often used in the office or to talk to clients and vendors.  There is plenty of time to practice Mandarin.


Required skills and experience:

  • Juniors or seniors.  Fluent spoken English communication skills, and basic business writing.  Beginner or better Chinese language skill.  Familiar with Microsoft Office.  Knowledge about China.


Preferred skills and experience:

Marketing, business communication, event organizing. Travel experience in China.



No pay to $10/hour depending on experience.  Probation period may apply.
